Cookie Mix in a Jar

These simple cookie mixes in a jar are all ready to give you fresh cookies, just add a few simple ingredients and bake for about 12 minutes and you’ll be enjoying that cookie in no time. Ingredients for jar

¾ cup of sugar

¾ cup of packed brown sugar

1 cup oats

1 ½ cups flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (you can substitute for raisins)

Ingredients

¾ cup softened butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Layer each ingredient for the jar in a 1-quart jar. Pack down after each ingredient.

Baking directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream together butter, eggs and vanilla. Add contents of jar and mix until combined. Drop cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
